1. Partner Status

You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Reypub. This agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and expenses.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with valid government-issued ID.
• Must have a valid driver's license (for motorized vehicles).
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle (bike, scooter, car, or van).
• Must pass background verification and identity check.
• Must have a smartphone with internet access for the delivery app.
• Must maintain valid insurance for your vehicle.

• Deliveries must be completed within the estimated time window.
• Handle all packages with care and ensure safe delivery.
• Verify delivery with OTP code from the customer.
• Maintain professional conduct with customers and vendors.
• Report any issues immediately through the support system.

5. Safety & Insurance

Delivery partners are responsible for their own safety and must follow all traffic laws. Reypub provides limited accident insurance during active deliveries. Partners must maintain their own vehicle insurance.

Either party may end this agreement at any time. Outstanding earnings will be paid within 15 business days.
